Headaches/migraines :/
Hi again guys..so I've been struggling with really bad headaches! I'm almost sure a lot of them are migraines. I'm staying away from medicines and sleep isn't helping them at all. Any natural remedies you guys use to get rid of bad headaches? I'm going to tell my doctor my next appointment but I'm sure she'll prescribe me with a medicine..
