My husband grabbed my throat (while holding my 8 month old) while we got into a fight then pushed me on the bed. Is this something you would divorce over?

Not only is it domestic abuse it is child endangerment. Hopefully you leave him, if not for but for your child. Otherwise you are just as much a part of the child endangerment as he is.

Yes. If he feels he can put his hands on you, especially while holding your eight month old, you kick him to the curb. I would also file a police report. That is not ok.

It's abuse but it's not something to divorce over tell him how it makes you feel and tell him to not do it again if it keeps happening then it's time to leave and get help for you and your baby

Does he grab u by the throat a lot? Do y'all fight? Or was this a one time thing?? I mean it's a lot more to the story for someone to say divorce. It's easier said then done

Coming from a childhood where I watched my mother be terribly abused (not by my father), it is definitely something I DO NOT tolerate. Everybody is different, but I would have already been out the door and started looking for a lawyer. That's just me though. I hope you do whatever is safe not only for you, but for your child as well.
