Please help: intimate problem

I'm trying to explain this as good as I can because actually I'm flemish...

It's been a while I lose fluid... I know this is normal but sometimes it flows with such a huge amount my slip is completely wet... My fluid is white and clear (which is normal I guess) I don't know what to do, I'm just so embarresed about this... Anyone else experiencing this? What do I have to do...
