Sick off zinc?

Has taken a zinc supplement made anybody else feel like throwing up immediately after taking it?

You may need to take a lower dosage. Try taking it with food or shortly after eating if you haven't tried that.

I know this is a late response but today was my first time taking zinc and I threw up less than 20 mins after. My SO takes it and has no issues with it at all. After throwing up I felt 100% better though! So I'll continue to take it at least through my fertile window. Baby dust to you!
