Just a rant

I'm just tired of people telling me what is right and what is wrong. If my body was used to doing some sort of thing or exercise then it won't affect the baby. Before I got pregnant, I've had this pinching nerve sensation on my left butt cheek but it's where the pelvis meets the leg bone and it hurt if walked a lot. Well ever since I got into my 10th week (almost 13 weeks), I've been having nothing but excruciating pain in that spot. It's like someone just turned the nob to the full extent and broke it. I'm currently out of town but once I get back to my home and see my ob/gyn I'll ask her if I can get a recommendation to aliviate this pain or something to just make this pain stop. I can't bend, cough or sneeze or be totally normal without hurting and taking my whole breath away! I know the relaxin hormone has made itself home on my relaxed pelvis but this is just over the border! Maybe a prenatal massage? Sorry for the vent but this is also taking my whole energy and my happy go lucky mojo I'm used to being. Instead I'm being a sour put complaining and cringing at every move I make.
