So today I am 6w1d pregnant. For about a week I have been feeling nauseous, and my boobs have been hurting since day 1. Well, yesterday I noticed I was feeling good, and no morning sickness. Today, I haven't cramped, my boobs don't hurt, and I haven't felt sick at all. The only thing that is still the same is that I am tired and hungry. I'm terrified out of my mind I will lose my baby. TTC 11 months for #1. Has anyone else had this happen to them? Am I just paranoid? Will they come back?
