My doctor prescribed me cipralex back in November and I haven't really been taking it because it wasn't working but I decided I would again. She only gave me the 10mg but said I could take 2 and make it 20mg because that's what my new prescription is at. So I had taken one this morning but tonight I was borderline having a panic attack and decided to take 2. That's 30mg for the day. Now I feel really nauseous, my head hurts and basically I feel high. I don't know what to do. My eyes keep twitching and bugging me out.
