Are you more likely to ovulate late or implant late?

Just wondering what is more likely to out of the 2 as if I go by my last period I am 9 weeks 4 days but by ultrasound I am 9 weeks 2 days.

It takes 3 days for the sperm to reach the egg if ovulation takes place about another 3 days for the fetilize egg to travel down to the uterus and implant itself. Sometimes it's sooner depending where fertilization took place, that is the distance to which the sperm travel and fertilize egg travel but on average is 3-6days.
