Ladies, please give honest advice.
The hardest thing for me to do is be quiet. I talk. ALL. THE. TIME. Sometimes silly stuff; sometimes talking out tough situations is my therapy. However, this isn't always the best route when the toughness involves others who do not share my same mentality (which is completely fine). So, I would really appreciate any serious advice on how to train yourself to be quiet and just listen/let go of the urge to fix each and every bad thing/release the need to know the future now and be able to calmly wait things out. Again, I am SERIOUS. If you have battled this and overcome it, I would love to know how. (And my friends/loved ones would appreciate it, too!)
