CD1 or not this time?

EctopicSurvivor • Engaged 💍 TTC After Recurrent Miscarriages & an Ectopic (DECEMBER 2021).
Having miscarried I am waiting for my levels to drop to not pregnant (that should be Monday). Last Monday they were at 16. I've started bleeding today but as you can see, still positive. 
Should this be CD1? If it is negative in a few days time could I still ovulate this cycle? Thanks. 
P.s those midstream "10miu/ml" tests are rubbish!
