Parental vitamins

Rachael • Fri, Mar 27 • I am 23 years old, I have been with my partner for almost 4 years in july 2015 and we are trying for our first child.

I was just wondering what parental vitamins you all take and which are the best. Ive only just began to "active try" and started taking seven seas, trying for a baby and was wondering how good they are if I should anything on top of them and what male vitamins my partner should start taking?
