Feeling hopeful

Asia • Fri, Mar 27 • My husband and I have been ttc for 7 months, and just suffered through a heartbreaking ectopic pregnancy. My heart and body are hurting so much, I just want things to go back to normal.

Today is period day, but so far there's no signs of her. Do I dare get excited yet? Or should I just try and wait it out without putting much thought into it?
