Morning sickness help

Or any and every time of the day sickness. Lol. I feel like I have tried everything to ease the nausea and make it better. I am 6weeks plus 5 and I have been nauseous day and night consistantly for 4 days now. Much more of this and I am gonna go crazy.

Any advice on easing the morning sickness? Ftm here and feeling exhausted and frustrated.
