Could this be a sign of pregnancy?

I been really constipated my nipples been sore I been having dull pain in my uterus off in on and I been having morning sickness off in on feeling really tired could this be a sign of pregnancy or not please help!!! I wanna know if anyone had these symptoms before they got a bfp

I had terrible cramps for days after ovulation. My breast were very sensitive to temperature as well. This was all before my BFP. I'm not sure if this was related but I all of a sudden couldn't sleep at night after ovulation.

Could this be a sign of pregnancy?
