Foods that really keep you full??

I'm seriously hungry all the time, but I don't want to just sit around and eat all day lol. What are some foods to eat that keep you feeling full??

I will eat a meal and be hungry again 30 minutes later, it's so annoying!!

Protein and fiber. I've been snacking on nuts they help me stay full. My midwife says crunchy veggies are more satisfying.

Protein is going to keep you feeling full the longest, although it is ideal for pregnancy to eat a small amount every two hours so your frequent hunger is normal. I like those think thin protein bars, the are low in sugar but have like 26 grams of protein! 
Cottage cheese is a good high protein snack, as well as nuts. Just avoid the empty calories and go for stuff high in fiber.

I never stop eating.... Little snacks through out the day, esp early in the day- fruit cup, cheese stick, granola bar, a few m&m's 😉, etc....
