What does it feel like exactly?! I am in my fertile window and have the EWCM. I feel twinges sometimes and wonder if it's ovulation pain or just intestinal cramps. Will it be sharp and quick? Dull? Last for a couple of minutes? Be intermittent? I'm just unsure!
