Please advise

My periods are late and been having headaches and pelvic pains. I took a hpt and it came as positive, then 2 days later took a clear blue but it came negative. I've noticed a light redish colour on my urine since last night and I have pains like period pains. My appointment is scheduled for Wednesday, should I wait for Wednesday or treat as urgent
