Should you buy only gender specific toys?

Would you buy your son what's typically considered a "girls toy" (dolls, play makeup, play tea party set, etc...), would you buy your daughter what's typically considered a "boys toy" (matchbox cars, wrestlers, play tool sets, etc...)
