Possible Miscarriage?

Last month I had every symptoms of pregnancy. My period came on exactly the day it was supposed to, and Normal blood flow, but my cramps and back hurt so bad that I could walk, not along stand! I've never been pregnant so I've never had a mc.

I'm 25 I've NEVER felt like that during my period.

You should of tested if you thought that but I've had period pain that bad before.
