Go to a 1st bday party a month after IVF miscarriage?

I had a BFP after my 1st Ivf. This after 1.5 years trying, 6 failed IUIs. I miss carried at 8 weeks 3/10 was my d&c. My husbands bf son is turning 1 and has invited us to the Bday party. Where there will be more babies. I said I'm not ready he can go. I got that U need to get over it. His friends & family don't know about the mc but do know we've been struggling since we got married to have a baby. Thoughts???

If your not ready then you shouldn't go or be pushed to go and no one especially your husband shouldn't say get over it or anything else for that matter..sorry about your lose :/

I went to a baby shower three days after a missed marriage at 9weeks...everyone is different, bit i was fine...and would have been sad ofi had missed it😉
