Nah, I wouldn't think so! You're not blood related. I would just refrain from telling people, hey this is my bf/step cousin lol. But I don't think it's really a big deal. :)

Depends on context... Have they been your cousin for most of your life/from a young age? If so, probably weird. Or were you older when they became your family? Or did you never spend time with this person in a familial context? If yes, its prob fine.

Since there's no blood relation, no. It might be a little awkward for your family though, but it's not wrong.

Concerns over dating-or more to the point, procreating-with your actual, full-blood cousin are statistically unfounded. Historically, genetic concentration of similar defects were the result of repeated close-blood-relative marriages, compounding the liklihood of both parents carrying the same defective genes. It's not common practice today and, even if it was, your full-blood cousin only shares 12.5% of your genes. So I wouldn't worry about the stepcousin.

Not blood related so I don't think anything is wrong however please don't say when you're introducing him " hey this is my bf and he's my step cousin it just sounds weird"
