Pcos help please

I was told I had pcos in Oct of last yr. My doctor put me on metformin every since my cycle been reg. Now fast forward this month I haven't had a cycle took 3 test all BFN AF should have came on the 10th but still nothing I am TTC so I feel excited but don't want my hopes up because I still got BFN.. TELL ME WHAT YALL THINK HELP PLEASE.
