Think and clear?!! Help!!

Yesterday I went to the restroom and noticed that i had a thick clear plasma/silicon-like substance produced vaginally, I'm worried cause I've never had that, so I want to make sure it's normal. I would squeeze it and it would look looks it would pop but it didn't, that's why I said it like a silicon substance, any ideas on what it might be?
