Its an embarrassment to call myself American these days.

I don't think it matters if they are real or not. The fact it that what the signs say are allowed. Businesses can now refuse service to homosexuals. I think people need to start refusing service to Christians. Let's see how long that lasts. I realize that not all Christians are bigots, however not nearly enough of them are standing up for human and civil rights. That makes them just as guilty as the actual discriminators. Never mind America, im ashamed to live in a world where this is considered ok.

I don't think we're meant to believe the signs on the right are real. They are meant to be a visual representation of Indiana's Religious Freedom Restoration Act. It is simply a means to show how similar the discrimination is and how backward such laws are.

My thoughts: I find it ironic that a majority of the time, the people most vocal about 'attacks on their religion' and 'needing religious freedom' are the same ones that will coopt something meant to actually provide religious protection, turn it into a hot-button issue about denying people human rights, and then turn around and actually deny other people the same religious freedom and freedom of religion.
