Whiten teeth?

Any ideas or products and home remedies to whiten teeth?

I brush with whitening toothpaste with a little baking soda on top, then gargle with peroxide...I drink lots of coffee, red wine and eat blueberries, all these things can seriously stain your teeth. But mine are super white...

I use Listerine white mouthwash. But Colgate has whitening toothpaste the comes in a red tube that whitens really well

You have to be careful with the peroxide! It eats re enamel off your teeth :)

I use peroxide. Apply it on with a q-tip let it sit for a few and then brush off with a whitening toothpaste. :)

I find the gels and strips hurt my teeth after awhile. I like the Crest Whitening mouthwash. After you're done swishing and you spit it out, go over your teeth gently with your toothbrush to "work it in". I don't use it every day, about 2-3 times a week and it does great!

Best thing I've found is the cheap stuff they have at Walmart its a gel it works better than white strips its in a white and red container like squeezy, fancy lotion container

Smokers toothpaste is fab. I use it to maintain the white and even have my so using it to remove stains (neither of us smoke)
