Feelings completely gone

Am staying with my hubby. He like beating me up. We married for 15 yrs nw. He is abusive and very sweet after a fight. But nw I no longer hv feelings for him at all. I tried telling him but he doesn't listen. I crave for sweet and romantic moments but I can't just do it with him. Pliz help me. Wat sold I do? I can't move out cz we r staying at my own place. He doesn't want to move out.
