tired and stressed about nothing
for the last couple weeks I been super tired and unmotivated. I am having trouble sleeping and eating as well as possible on a limited budget. I'm trying to stick to 1900 cal meal plan. to keep my weight healthy and gain a bit more after feeling very skinny and unhealthy last year. I'm lost as to what is going on. Any ideas? (also. all food I have taste weird or has no taste and I am always unsatisfied with what I'm eating. I'm even not keen on coffee or tea very much anymore...)
