Throwing up after hitting head?

My friend hit his head really hard at work earlier today, so hard he said he almost chipped a tooth. and now he said he's throwing up a lot and doesn't know why. He's not sick.
I thought maybe hes suffered a concussion, but. Can that cause nausea?

Absolutely a concussion!!! He needs to see doctor ASAP and get checked out!!! They may want to do a CT depending on how hard the hit was and how bad his symptoms are, etc

Throwing up after a head injury is indication of concussion. Fun fact, any time intracranial pressure is increased the symptoms include a headache and nausea/vomiting. He needs to go to an ER and get checked out.

That's a sign of a concussion. He needs to go to the hospital asap. I got hit in the head a few years back and felt fine then a half hour later started vomiting. The doctor said I had a very serious concussion and kept me over night.
