Should I buy the book called Taking Charge Of Your Fertility, 10th edition?

I'm trying to use the Fertility Awareness as a natural contraceptive and I've heard this book is really good  but I'm wondering if I should buy it or not? If you have read it do you keep reading it or is it just collecting dust?

100% .. I have toni Westchlers book 'taking charge of your fertility' it's amazing I think every girl from the age of 12 should have one! Explains so much about your reproductive system .. I'm 18 now purchased it a year ago for £15 read the thing from back to front a few times and it's made me feel confident I honestly feel like it's helping me be in tune with my body ,things that worried me from when I was 13-17 because I hadn't been given the right information turn out to be truly simple really wish I bought it sooner :) buy it!!
