Could be pregnant?

I didn't get my period at all in March I was suppose to get no later than the 27th nd nothing but what I'm confuse in is that I did bleed a little bit for a day or two nd that was it now we're in April nd still nothing am I pregnant I'm debating if I should take a test?

Take a test. You can even get them for a follow at dollar tree. Better to be sure. If not go make an appointment with your doc.

I have low iron I'm anemic nd have thyroid but I've been taking iron pills nd my medication normally I'm going to the doctors soon

Take a test I had the same issue but I went to the drs and they said I had low iron and having low iron van throw off ur period good luck
