Period or spotting? Worried.

Hi ladies. I need some advice. I started spotting 4 days ago after just having my period end 6 days before. Now I am having a flow almost like a light period and cramping like I am having another period. I'm not on BC and eat really healthy. Any ideas of what could be happening?
