Looks like a typical tape reaction. I had that right after I got my boobs done. I was allergic to the plastic tape, at least in that area.

next time just ask them to use the paper tape, no bandaid, no medical tape

Allergic reaction to the glue on the bandaid it always happens to me and I take it off straight away if I leave it longer then an hour my skin will come off with it

Agree- rash from whatever they put over it. Was it a bandaid or just tape and s cotton ball? Maybe you have a tape allergy?
