Anyone else hearing their pulse/swooshing in own ear??

I'm hearing a heartbeat and swooshing sound in my left ear, haven't been to the doctor but read that it's normal due to increased blood flow...this happening to anyone else?

That was happening to me and my dr said I had fluid in my ears bc my nose was swelled up.  She told me to use nose spray and it went away! This also happens during pregnancy which is why snoring is so common - check the pregnancy-safe list for spray you can use and hopefully it will help you :)

I've been getting a ringing in my ear every once in a while. Maybe twice a week.

I get that if i put my head down I also have super low blood pressure like almost pass out all the time
