I just feel like it's going to end in a misscarrige!!! :(

4weeks 5days pregnant I had a bit of morning sickness two days in a row now that's gone! After two miscarriages it just is running through my head that in 1 week 5 days when I go for my first scan I won't see the heart beat! I'm really worried n already preparing myself for that, I don't know what I will do if that happens :( does anyone else feel like this??
