Significant other won't have sex with me

He says he's found god and he gets punished every time he has sex with me, we aren't married as we are only teenagers, but it's really upsetting me as I have an incredibly high sex drive and I feel like he is unattracted to me and that's why he's doing this. I don't know what to do
