Nipple discharge?
I'm almost 18 weeks & just noticed my shirt where my nipples are was wet, it's like clear water, not a lot, like just a drop(ish) & nothing happens when I try and express them... Any idea What is going on? This is my second pregnancy, I couldn't breastfeed my first Bc I didn't have my supply come in.
