Whey ok for pregnancy?

I have been drinking body fortress chocolate whey for breakfast forcthe, past 3 months along with a reduced calorie intake of 1200 total.  To loose weight witch i did (almost 35 pounds) Is, it ok the keep drinking the shakes? I just found out I am pregnant  around 4 weeks . Don't get me wrong we are super excited and have been ttc for almost 4.5 years

Ask your doctor if it is ok to continue drinking it, more as a nutritional supplement not weight loss. You should find out how many calories you need to maintain your weight which will vary based on your height and weight, so I won't even throw a number out there. You WILL start to get more hungry please listen to your body and eat. Just eat clean and exersise. Worry about loosing the weight after.
