Has anyone had their bbt rise before ovulation? I got my peak yesterday afternoon and today should be ovulating. This is my first month tracking bbt. I did not sleep well the last 3 nights and probably affected my bbt but I still expected it to be lower than it was. Any advice or past experiences similar? The way it looks I should have ovulated on the 31st but just had high fertility
