Two ectopics

My name Nancy and I'm 28 from Brooklyn.in two years I had two ectopic and they removed my tubes but my doctor refer me to a special for IVf.the thing is its too expensive.is there any other way for to have a baby because I love kids so much.please help any advice will help.thanks
