Test again?????

I am 4 days late and just took a hpt and it was a bfn.....is this because I took it so late in the evening. Also it was an off brand. Should I get a better brand and try first thing in the morning?

Best time to try is with fmu so that there is enough of a build up of the pregnancy hormones to read a positive. Some women don't get a positive for quite a while. Maybe test again in the morning and if you get a bfn wait a few more days and test again. X
