Looks like one to me, I'm expecting twins, & my first ultrasound was early on & could see to distinct sacs, & embryos.

I thought I was having three when I saw the picture lol. It ended up being a baby and a yolk sac. You will find out soon. Though I must say its a bit hard to tell in this picture. Please keep us updated!!! Good luck and congrats!
