Do ya'll eat every time you get hungry?

I feel like I get hungry at the most odd times. My tummy rumbles even an hour after dinner and I eat til I can eat no more.

I stopped eatting meals, I just snack.. Makes me feel better and I don't feel stupid full.. I feel satisfied

It depends. I try not to get starving or else it makes me nauseous and then I end up throwing up. I try and portion snacks out for late night snacking like cheese and grapes or little baggies of popcorn. It's normal to want to snack a lot just be cautious of your choices. Not everything you eat like snickers or chips is actually filling you up. Make sure you Eat something with substance so you have a chance at feeling fuller longer.
