Confused?

You would think after being pregnant 5 times and having one successful pregnancy I would know this lol, but it's never happened to me before so I'm clueless. I'm currently 5dpo and as usual I had the cramping pains the day before I ovulated, which is normal for me. But I've woken up this morning with the same cramps. I definitely ovulated already, so what could it be? My period is due in 10-11 days and I don't cramp until a day or 2 before that. Is it possible to ovulate twice? Or just weird unexplained pains?
