Worse pain ever....😢😢😢😫😫😫

So last night my lower abdomen and back was hurting so bad I was going to go the hospital, but I was afraid to go because I took a test a few weeks ago which read negative. Well I didn't go end up falling asleep and the pain was still coming and going I couldn't even move. Can anyone tell what that could have been? I got up this morning there's very little pain and no blood. I'm kinda nervous I want to test again, but don't wanna face another negative.
