Did you know you were preggers before your missed period

I had a dream last night that I was pregnant and I was getting an ultrasound, and the technician was so happy that the baby had flipped over. But I didn't have a huge belly but you could see the baby on the screen and it was awesome. So this morning I tell my mom about the dream and she goes, " omg I had a similar dream about you this week. When I was preggers with you and your sisters I had a dream that I was preggers and next thing you know I was knocked up". She also said my grandma had a dream about fish and said that I was with her in the fish market so now she's thinking I'm preggers or about to be. So I guess my question is did you know you were preggers before your body did?
