If you use the shot, or any kind of implant and you happen to get pregnant anyway, what happens? Like if you typically dont get your periods, how would you know if you're pregnant early enough to prevent harm to the child? Me personally, i could have a kid right now and it would be a beautiful happy surprise but im not looking to and if i were to get pregnant I'd want to know asap to make sure im not drinking or anything. Would you typically just rely on symptoms?

Im terrible with taking the pill at the same time everyday, but im not sure about the shot or implant.
