How long did it take you or is it taking you?

If you have any issues making conception harder for you please elaborate if you feel inclined! We are both healthy and just got to the 5 month mark of trying and are feeling discouraged. Baby dust to all you beautiful women!!!!💕💕💕💕

I started TTC at the end of last October. I had the Paragard IUD in and we removed it. I got my period the day after we took it out, do our first real cycle with a chance was November. 
I ended up missing my period in November and was very hopeful, but I just ended up being 22 days late because my body was adjusting to the change in birth control. January passed without incident- BFN. 
February I did get a BFP, but it ended as a chemical at 4 weeks. I passed everything 3 days later. 
March, especially after the chemical, I was expecting things to take a long time. My husband and I were both rather distraught and at this point, I gave up. 'What's going to be, will be'. Lo and behold, at the end of the month I got a BFP!! 
I've had my hcg levels checked as my doc wants an ultrasound to confirm dating due to how soon it happened (I get that next Friday), and they're doubling appropriately. I'm 5 weeks, 1 day, and terrified I'll find out that this one is lost too, when I get my ultrasound.
The winning combo for me was using Preseed, Clearblue Advanced Digital OPKs, and lots of BDing (worked 2 months in a row for me after starting it). 
So March was month 5 for me. Don't get discouraged- I know it's hard to keep going.

It took me and my so almost 7 months. Don't feel discouraged. On average it takes healthy couples about 1 yr to concieve :) good luck!

On our 5th month starting to lose hope :( I'm 24 and my hubby is 25. Last time we tried happened the 1st month.
