You should read the book called expecting better by Emily Oster. She is an economist who breaks down all the studies she can find on many of the issues surrounding pregnancy. Its a great read, but not meant to make medical recommendations. It looks at empirical data and breaks down study results. She also summarizes the data and writes what she did with the data she found, but that doesn't mean its what you should/have to do.

You can have up to 200mg of caffeine a day. A can of coke is 35, I think. I try to stick to one drink a day with caffeine in it.
