I'm wanting to add preseed and soft cups.  Any suggestions on the best way to use them?  Preseed in the cup maybe?

Pressed you want to use before hand I believe. It's to help the swimmers get there. The soft cups afterwards would be helpful to keep the swimmers in. I have never used soft cups. I'll try anything though so I just may have to look into it more. I have recently started acupuncture for ttc. Fingers crossed for us all. Xx
