Question....

Okay so I've had abdominal pains really really bad. My period is 4 days late and I just started having a little light pink spotting and then a dark brown but it's not heavy. I took a test today and it was negative. I have to pee constantly. It's been a month since my last period. Should I wait to test since this one said no??
